- What you own & maintain: You own your lot and the single-family dwelling on it. The association maintains common areas, landscaping easements, fences in easements, access easements, and the storm water drainage system. You must maintain your lot and building, and the association can enter your lot for maintenance of utilities and drainage.
- Architectural review: All exterior changes (including painting, fences, structures) require prior written approval from the Declarant or later the Architectural Control Committee. Plans are deemed approved if no response within 30 days.
