- Parking and vehicles: No boats, trucks, trailers, campers, or recreational vehicles may be parked on common areas or streets. These vehicles must be stored in a garage.
- Fencing and landscaping: Fencing requires prior approval and cannot extend past the rear corners of the house. Front areas must be sodded and landscaped. Basketball goals, vegetable gardens, and clotheslines must be screened from front view.
- Assessments and liens: The HOA levies annual and special assessments. Annual assessments can be increased up to 10% per year by the Board; larger increases require a 2/3 vote. Unpaid assessments accrue 10% annual interest and become a lien on the lot.
