Chesterbrook at Brenwyck is a single-family home subdivision in Wilmington, NC, governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that run with the land. These rules apply to all lot owners and are designed to maintain a uniform residential character.
- Residential use & structures: Lots are for single-family residential use only. No more than one dwelling per lot, and no temporary structures, trailers, or mobile homes are allowed.
