- Other restrictions: No fuel tanks exposed to view; water must come from the community system; no yard or garage sales; sewage must connect to county sewer; building plans require developer approval; no noxious activities or farm animals; lots must be kept mowed and clear of junk; garbage receptacles must be screened; construction activity confined to lot.
