Emerald Cove is a townhome community in Wilmington, NC, governed by a homeowners' association (HOA). This document is the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Phase 2, which sets rules for lot use, building design, maintenance, and assessments. It applies to all lot owners, residents, and guests.
- Lot use & residential only: Lots may only be used for residential purposes; business, commercial, or professional use is prohibited. The developer may build multi-family housing.
- Architectural & design control: All building designs must be approved by the developer or HOA.
