- What you own & maintain: You own your unit (approximately 2,100 sq ft) and are responsible for all interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and replacements, including your private driveway. The association maintains common elements (roads, drainage, lawn irrigation, entrance area, and fences) as a common expense.
- Leasing & rentals: Units may be rented for residential purposes only. Only the entire unit may be rented; no single rooms may be rented. Leases must be for a term of at least six months.
- Use restrictions: Units are for residential use only. No commercial activity is allowed on common areas. No long-term storage of boats, vehicles, trailers, or RVs is permitted except at the rear of designated parking areas.
