- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit, including non-load-bearing walls, finishes, windows, exterior doors, and interior utility lines. You must maintain your unit's interior, appliances, and glass. The association maintains common elements and repairs incidental damage caused by its work.
- Use restrictions: Units are for single-family residential use only. Transient, hotel, time-share, or commercial uses are prohibited. No immoral, offensive, or nuisance activities are allowed.
- Structural & exterior changes: No structural modifications or exterior alterations (including painting, antennas, or landscaping) without the association's written consent. The board may withhold consent if the change endangers the condominium.
