This document is the neighborhood-level declaration of covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) that applies to Lots 1-38, 87-104, and 167-192. It supplements the master declaration for Brunswick Forest, so residents must comply with both sets of rules and pay assessments to both the neighborhood association and the master association.

The neighborhood association handles lawn maintenance and landscaping for all lots (unless excluded by a supplemental declaration), and the cost is included in annual assessments.
