- Pets: Only domestic household pets allowed, in a number set by the board. No breeding or commercial keeping. Pets must be leashed off your lot and droppings removed immediately. Excessive barking may require a bark-control collar.
- Parking & vehicles: Each lot must have a paved driveway and off-street parking for at least two cars. No inoperable or unregistered vehicles. No buses, commercial vans, RVs, boats, or trailers unless stored out of sight in a garage or backyard. Street parking is temporary only.
- Assessments & fees: Annual assessments are set by the board and ratified by members. Special assessments require majority vote. Initial capital assessment is $100 per lot at first sale. Delinquent assessments accrue 18% interest and late fees, and become a lien on the lot.
