- Residential use only: All lots are restricted to single-family residential use only.
- Minimum house size: Each residence must have at least 900 square feet of exterior brickwork, excluding porches, steps, garages, and other non-living areas.
- Exterior materials: Exteriors must be conventional frame or clay brick; concrete block, asbestos siding, cinder block, and composition tar paper are prohibited.
