Silver Lake Subdivision is a single-family home community in Wilmington, NC, governed by a Declaration of Restrictions recorded in 1958. These covenants run with the land and apply to all lots in Section "C" of the subdivision.
- Setbacks & building placement: No building may be within 40 feet of Horn Road or within 6 feet of side lot lines.
- Use restrictions: No business, factory, hospital, asylum, or charitable institution is allowed. No trailer, tent, or temporary dwelling may be placed on a lot. No garage may be used as a dwelling until the main residence is complete.
