- Pets & livestock: No hogs, cattle, sheep, goats, horses, poultry, or other livestock. Dogs, cats, or other household pets are allowed if not kept for commercial purposes and not a nuisance.
- Construction & alterations: Plans for all dwellings and structures (including exterior colors) must be approved by the developer or its successors. Construction must be completed within 4 months of starting, unless delayed by strikes, fires, national emergencies, or natural calamities.
- Vehicles & storage: No inoperative junk cars or eyesores may be kept on any lot or street. No temporary structures, trailers, mobile homes, tents, shacks, or outbuildings may be used as residences.
- Maintenance & nuisances: All buildings must be kept in suitable repair. Debris from fire or casualty must be cleared within 90 days. Yards may be cleaned by the developer at the owner's expense if not properly maintained. No dumping of rubbish; trash must be in sanitary containers.
