Helmsdale at Landfall is a planned community of approximately 47 single-family home sites in Wilmington, NC, governed by this Declaration of Protective Covenants. It is part of the larger Landfall master-planned community, with a master association (The Landfall Council of Associations) that maintains shared amenities and roads. The rules apply to all lot owners and residents.
- What you own & maintain: You own your lot and the home on it. You are responsible for all maintenance, repair, and upkeep of your lot, dwelling, landscaping, fences, driveways, and walkways. The association maintains common elements and the Council maintains shared roads and infrastructure once conditions are met.
