Harbour Place is a condominium community in Wilmington, NC — you own your individual unit and an undivided interest in the common areas, which the Harbour Place Homeowners Association maintains and insures. The declaration governs Phase I (64 units in six 2-story buildings) and reserves the developer's right to add up to 94 more units in future phases through 1988.
- What you own & maintain: You own the interior finished surfaces of your unit (walls, floors, ceilings), plus a screened porch or patio and storage area. You must maintain all interior elements, including HVAC, appliances, plumbing fixtures, windows, screens, and glass.
