- Docks & waterfront structures: Private docks, piers, boat houses, slips, or similar structures require written approval from the Company, including plans and specifications. Owners must maintain them in good repair and paint/preserve wood or metal above the high water mark. The Company may require corrective action within 30 days.
- Nuisance & prohibited activities: No noxious or offensive activity, no discharging firearms, no hunting. Golfers may retrieve errant balls from yards if no destruction occurs. No oil drilling, mining, or mineral exploration is allowed.
