Tidalholm is a single-family home HOA in Myrtle Grove, NC. This document is the amended and restated declaration of restrictions for Phase 1, binding all lot owners. It sets rules for residential use, construction, maintenance, and HOA governance.
- Membership & assessments: All lot owners are HOA members. The HOA can levy assessments, which become a lien on the property if unpaid. Delinquent assessments accrue interest, late charges, and attorney's fees, and the HOA may foreclose.

- Parking & vehicles: No unregistered vehicles. Only standard two-ton or small pickup trucks may park overnight; no commercial vehicles with signage. Motorcycles, campers, trailers, boats, and RVs must be stored in the rear and screened from view.
- Pets: Only normal household pets are allowed, and they must be under the owner's control at all times.
