Each lot owner must build and maintain a hangar as part of their residence. The community is governed by a homeowners association that maintains roads, the landing strip, and common areas.
- Residential use & airplane facilities: Lots are for single-family residential use only. Each dwelling must include a hangar for the owner's airplane. The landing strip and taxiways are common areas maintained by the association; lot owners have an easement to use them for takeoffs and landings.
