This is a third addendum to the protective covenants for Bald Head Island Stage Two, Single Family 11, a single-family home community in Bolivia, NC. It only amends driveway access rules for four specific lots (6048R–6054R) and does not restate the full community rules.
- Driveway access & maintenance: Access from Chicamacomico Way to Lot 6054R and from Currituck Way to Lots 6050R and 6048R is limited to designated 'Driveway and Utility Easement' areas on the plat. Lot 6052R may choose either the shared easement with Lot 6054R or a natural cleared path (approx. 6 ft wide) along Chicamacomico Way. Maintenance responsibilities are shared between affected lot owners; the association has no maintenance obligation.
