Island Townhouses is a townhouse condominium community in Wrightsville Beach, NC — you own your unit and share ownership of common elements, which the association maintains and insures. The rules bind all owners, occupants, and guests.
- What you own & maintain: You own your unit's interior and are responsible for all maintenance and repairs inside it, including structural items. The association maintains and repairs common elements (roofs, foundations, land, utilities, etc.) as a common expense.
- Leasing & rentals: Units may be rented only as whole units (no single rooms). Leases must be for at least six months. No 'For Rent' signs are allowed on the property.
- Pets: No birds or animals are allowed unless the Board gives written permission. Dogs, if permitted, must be carried or on a leash in public areas.
