- What you own & maintain: You own your townhouse lot and dwelling. The HOA maintains common areas, roadways, walkways, and exterior building surfaces (roofs, gutters, paint, decks). You are responsible for interior maintenance, including HVAC.
- Architectural review: Any exterior changes (painting, additions, fences, signs) require written approval from the Declarant or HOA board. Plans must be submitted; if no response within 30 days, approval is deemed given.
- Leasing & rentals: No minimum lease term is stated in this document. Owners may delegate use of common areas to tenants. Tenants must comply with all rules.
