The association maintains common properties (roads, parking, recreational areas) and provides exterior maintenance of your unit, including roofs, gutters, exterior walls, and landscaping, but not doors, windows, window frames, rear decks, or glass surfaces.
- Architectural review: Any exterior changes—including buildings, fences, walls, landscaping, or tree removal—require prior written approval from the association's board or architectural committee. Plans are reviewed for harmony of design and location; if no decision is made within 30 days, approval is deemed given.
