- Signs: No 'For Sale' or 'For Rent' signs except by Developer or with written permission. Developer may place directional signs for up to 5 years.
- Window coverings & exterior lights: White window treatments must be installed within 10 days of occupancy, visible from outside. Exterior lights must be clear, white, or non-frost bulbs except for holiday decorations.
- Lot maintenance: Owners must keep lots free of weeds, debris, and unsightly conditions. Declarant may enter and clean after 30 days' notice at owner's expense. No statues, yard decorations, or artificial wildlife allowed.
