- Lot maintenance & nuisances: Owners must keep lots clean, mowed, and free of debris. No noxious activities, hazardous materials, or nuisances. The Developer can enter and clean a lot at owner's expense after 15 days' notice.
- Vehicles & parking: No boats, campers, trailers, mobile homes, or inoperable vehicles allowed on lots or streets without HOA consent. No vehicle repairs visible from the street. All vehicles must have current registration and insurance.
- Pets: Only customary household pets allowed, not in numbers constituting a nuisance or for commercial purposes. Must be contained on owner's lot and kept clean. Subject to local leash laws.
