This is an amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Ship Wacche Estates, a residential subdivision in Brunswick County, North Carolina. It only swaps boat slip designations among four lots and updates the dock map. It does not contain the full rules of the community.
- Boat slip reassignments: The owners of Lot 5 and Lot 6 swapped their boat slip designations, and the owners of Lot 1 and Lot 4 swapped theirs. No other boat slip designations were changed.
- Dock map update: The previous dock map is replaced with a new map titled 'Proposed Dock Modification' dated May 11, 2022, revised February 24, 2024, prepared by Russell P. Baltzer-Architect.
