- Leasing & rentals: The document does not restrict leasing or set minimum lease terms. Renters and occupants must comply with the declaration.
- Parking & vehicles: No campers, trailers, motor homes, or inoperable vehicles may remain on lots or streets. Vehicle repairs must be in garages, not visible from the street. Parking must not impede access to other lots.
- Stormwater & environmental restrictions: Maximum built-upon area per lot is 2,500 square feet. Wetland areas must remain natural. These restrictions are enforceable by the state and US Army Corps of Engineers.
