This is an ancillary document — the Eighth Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Cades Cove, a planned community in Southport, NC. It does not contain the full rulebook; it only modifies architectural approval rules and alleyway requirements for certain phases.
- Architectural review: The amendment approves the home plan portfolio and designs of Cottage Building Company for all lots, including current and future plans, exterior color palates, materials (premium vinyl siding, fiberglass porch screening), and landscaping designs that may differ from the Architectural Inspiration and Guidelines, as deemed appropriate by the Architectural Review Board.
- Parking & vehicles: Alleyway access is not required in Phases III and IV; front load driveways and garages are allowed as deemed appropriate by the Architectural Review Board and approved by the City of Southport.
