- What you own & maintain: You own the interior finished surfaces of your unit (walls, floors, ceilings) and interior partitions. The association owns and maintains the common elements, including perimeter walls, pipes, wires, stairwells, entranceways, and parking areas. Balconies, decks, or patios are reserved for the exclusive use of the adjacent unit.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for at least six months. All occupants must comply with the declaration, bylaws, and association rules. The developer may rent unsold units on any basis.
- Pets: Pets are allowed as long as they do not create a nuisance or unreasonably interfere with other owners' quiet enjoyment.
