It creates a separate Boat Facility Association that manages a 10-slip pier, dock, and related amenities. Only lot owners in the subdivision can become members and use the boat slips, subject to association rules and fees.
- Boat facility membership & slip use: There are 10 memberships, each tied to one of 10 boat slips. Only a lot owner in The Landing at Snow's Cut can be a member. Members may own multiple memberships. Membership and slip use terminate when the owner no longer owns a lot.
- Transferring or leasing a boat slip: A membership can only be transferred to another lot owner. Leasing a slip is allowed only to a lot owner, for a term of one year or less, with a written lease delivered to the association before it takes effect. Consecutive leases are permitted.
