- Residential use & architectural style: All lots are for single-family residential use only. Homes must be built in historical Savannah, Louisiana, Charleston, or Deep South Plantation styles, with covered porches on at least two elevations. Minimum heated floor area: 2,000 sq ft for one-story, 2,400 for two-story, 3,000 for three-story. An attached two-car garage is required.
