Arjean By The Sound Extension is a small single-family home subdivision in Wilmington, NC, governed by a homeowners' association (HOA). - Parking & vehicles: No street parking. No trucks over 3/4 ton, boats, or trailers allowed outside an enclosed garage. Inoperative or unregistered vehicles are prohibited and may be towed at owner's expense.
- Community boating facility: The HOA maintains a dock with 4 boat slips and lifts. Slips are assigned to specific lots (Slip 1 to Lot 1, etc.; Slip 4 reserved for declarant).
