- Permitted use: Each unit may be occupied and used only for retail and office purposes; no unit may be used as living quarters or for residential use.
- What you own & maintain: You own your unit's interior (including finished surfaces, interior walls, and any betterments you add). You are responsible for maintenance and repair of everything inside your unit, including HVAC, appliances, and interior surfaces. The association maintains the common elements and limited common elements (e.g., exterior windows, frames, screens).
