- What you own & maintain: You own your unit's interior (walls, floors, ceilings, finishes) and are responsible for its maintenance, including HVAC, appliances, and interior surfaces. The association maintains the common elements (structure, roof, common areas) and carries master casualty and liability insurance.
- Permitted use: Units may only be used for office purposes — no residential use, restaurants, or living quarters. No timeshare use is allowed.
- Leasing & rentals: You may lease your unit, but leases must be in writing, approved by the association, and include tenant compliance with association documents. A copy of each lease must be provided to the association.
- Alterations & signage: Structural modifications, exterior changes, and improvements to limited common elements require prior written association consent.
