- Vessel restrictions: Only Owner-owned vessels may moor in assigned slips, limited to 26 feet in length and 10 feet in width. Guests may use a slip temporarily with 24-hour prior written notice and proof of insurance and operator certification if required.

- Prohibited activities: No commercial use, hazardous material storage, or operation while impaired. Vessels must maintain no-wake speed within 100 feet of the pier. Safety equipment (PFDs, fire extinguishers, navigation lights) required per state law.
- Governance & voting: Each slip owner has one vote. During the interim period (before all slips sold), the Developer has 10 votes per unsold slip (90 possible). Routine decisions require majority of votes cast; supermajority decisions (special assessments, amendments, slip sales) require 7 of 9 total votes. Quorum is 4 of 9 votes.
