- Signs & antennas: No signs are permitted on lots except 'For Sale' signs displayed by the Declarant while they own any lot. Outside radio or TV antennas require approval from a majority of property owners.
- Nuisances & maintenance: No noxious or offensive activities are allowed. During construction, lots must be cleared of debris weekly. Service utilities, fuel tanks, clotheslines, wood piles, and trash must be enclosed to avoid unsightly views from streets or neighboring residences.
