- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit, including interior walls, fixtures, and appliances. You are responsible for maintenance and repair of everything inside your unit, including HVAC equipment, plumbing, electrical, and interior surfaces. The association maintains the common elements (building exterior, common areas, and structural components).
- Alterations & approvals: Structural modifications to your unit or any changes to the exterior (painting, antennas, signs) require written association approval.
