- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit (including non-load-bearing walls, finishes, windows, doors, and mechanical equipment within the unit). You are responsible for maintaining all interior surfaces, appliances, and equipment, as well as glass doors, window frames, panes, and screens. The association maintains the common areas, including foundations, roofs, exterior walls, stairways, yards, parking, and utility infrastructure.
- Use restrictions: Each unit is restricted to single-family residential use by the owner, their immediate family, guests, invitees, and lessees. No commercial, immoral, or unlawful use is permitted.
