- What you own & maintain: You own your unit's interior (to bare walls, excluding decoration) and are responsible for its maintenance and repairs. The association maintains and insures common elements, but you pay for damage you or your occupants cause to common elements or other units.
- Permitted uses: Units are restricted to medically related business services, doctors, dentists, labs, clinics, and similar uses, plus any other business approved by the association and allowed by zoning. No advertising signs or nuisances without board approval.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing and must state that the lease is subject to the declaration, bylaws, and rules. Lessees must comply with all condominium documents; failure is a lease default.
