This declaration governs the condominium and binds all unit owners, residents, and guests.
- What you own & maintain: You own the interior of your unit (including interior surfaces of walls, floors, and ceilings) and an assigned garage space (if built). The association maintains all common elements and limited common elements (e.g., balconies, patios, HVAC equipment serving your unit).
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing, for a term of at least 30 days, and must require tenants to follow the declaration, bylaws, and rules. No hotel or transient use is allowed.
- Pets: No animals of any kind may be kept in any unit or on common elements.
