This 2021 Consolidated Master Declaration is the main rulebook for all lot owners, covering property use, maintenance, assessments, architectural standards, and community rules.
- What you own & maintain: You own your lot and dwelling; you must keep your property in good order and appearance. The association maintains common areas, streets, and amenities. Unimproved lots must be bush hogged annually.

- Parking & vehicles: Vehicles must park in garage, driveway, or designated area. No parking on streets. One-ton trucks limited to 24-hour parking. RVs and watercraft must be stored out of front-street view, with limited temporary exceptions. Golf carts must be registered.
