- Vehicles & storage: Boats or watercraft cannot be stored on a lot for more than 60 days. Trucks over 3/4 ton, trailers, motor homes, campers, and excessively noisy vehicles are prohibited on lots or streets.
- Property maintenance & nuisances: Owners must keep lots mowed and free of unsightly objects, junk cars, and trash. No noxious or offensive activities are allowed. Domestic farm animals and animal sacrifice are prohibited.
