- Garage requirement: Each home must include an attached two-car garage. Garage space does not count toward the minimum heated floor area. Garage doors may face the front of the lot.
- Lot subdivision: Lots cannot be subdivided, except to increase the size of an adjacent lot. In that case, the remainder must be sold or used as part of the adjacent lot.
- Architectural review: All submittals to the Architectural Committee must include a complete landscaping plan with a front yard sodded with mature plants and an automatic sprinkler system. All exterior improvements (mailbox, lighting, etc.) require committee approval.
