This is a partial amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for The Neighborhoods of Holly Ridge, a single-family home community in Holly Ridge, NC. It adds rules about a community well water irrigation system and corrects a permit number error. The full rulebook is not included here.
- Irrigation system connection: The Declarant or Association may offer certain lot owners the option to connect their underground irrigation system to a community well water irrigation system. A one-time fee of $125 is due at connection. In Phase II, lots 330–334 and 295–298 are serviced by irrigation mains and have this option.
