- Repayment plans: An owner may cure delinquency by setting up a repayment plan to pay the balance in equal monthly installments over up to 18 months.
- Voting rights suspension: Voting rights are suspended while an owner's account is delinquent.
- Language assistance: An owner whose primary language is not English may request written notifications in their primary language, with the extra cost paid by the Association.
- Landlord liability for tenants: If an owner leases the property, the owner remains personally liable for all assessments, fines, fees, or penalties caused by the tenant.
