- Owner of each Lot shall carry and keep in full force and effect casualty insurance with limits equal to replacement value of Improvements on Lot. (Article VIII, Section 2, page 14)
- Voting & meetings
- Each Owner of a Lot entitled to one (1) vote per Lot owned. Declarant entitled to greater of (i) one hundred (100) votes or (ii) three (3) votes for each Lot owned by it. (Article III, Section 1, page 3-4)
- Amendments
- Declaration may be amended by instrument signed by Members having not less than 67% of total votes eligible to be cast, effective upon recording. (Article XIII, Section 4, page 23)
