Assessments & dues
Annual and special assessments are fixed at a uniform rate for all Lots, payable on a monthly basis. (Article IV, Section 6)

Use restrictions
All lots shall be used for residential purposes only. No store, business, garage service stations, flat, duplex, apartment, or multiple-family building shall be erected or maintained. Only single-family dwelling houses, occupied by one fami (Article VII, Section 1)
Voting & meetings
Sixty percent (60%) of the votes of each class of membership, in person or by proxy, shall constitute a quorum at a meeting called within 30 to 60 days of notice. If no quorum, a subsequent meeting called with same notice shall have a quoru (Article IV, Section 5)
