What Sea Gate's governing documents say
This is a collection of historical property records from the Sea Gate subdivision in Wilmington, NC — a 1960 amendment to a set of restrictions and a warranty deed. It is not a full community rulebook. The amendment changes a setback requirement for Lots 9 and 10 only, reducing the side setback from 10 feet to 7 feet.
