Assessments & dues

First annual assessment no higher than $12.00 per lot, beginning January 1, 1977. (Section 20(d))

Collections & liens

Assessments constitute a lien on the lot, subordinate to first mortgage. May be enforced by foreclosure. Association may record notice of lien. (Section 20(c))

Fences

Fencing shall be of hedge or open eyes and not extend nearer to front line than front wall of residence. No fencing exceed five and one-half (5-1/2) feet in height. (Section 6)

Only one sign on unimproved lots, not larger than 2 ft x 3 ft. Contractors' signs allowed up to 3 ft x 5.5 ft. (Section 12)
