About HOAs in Idaho
Idaho community associations are governed by the Idaho Homeowner's Association Act (Idaho Code §§55-3201 et seq.) for HOAs and the Idaho Condominium Property Act (§§55-1501 et seq.) for condominiums. State law sets a baseline for member meetings, board elections, access to records, and proxy voting. Each Idaho association also adopts its own declaration, bylaws, rules, and amendments — HOAproxy collects those documents and makes the full text searchable across Boise, Meridian, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Falls, and the rest of the state.
