- Signs & flags
- Limited signs allowed: (1) two signs advertising initial offering; (2) one sign not more than 5 sq ft for sale/rent; (3) two builder signs not more than 32 sq ft each during construction; (4) one sign not more than 12 sq ft to identify owne (Article V, Section 9)
- Setbacks / home size
- Principal dwelling must have minimum fully-enclosed ground floor living area of 1,200 sq ft; for multi-level homes, total living area must be at least 1,500 sq ft (exclusive of basements, porches, etc.) and multi-level homes must have 1,500 (Article VII, Section 2)
- Use restrictions
- Tracts shall be used and occupied as rural "ranchette" single-family residential home sites. (Article V, Section 1)
- Voting & meetings
- For assessment meetings: 60% of all votes of each class; if not met, subsequent meeting quorum is one-half of required quorum (30%). (Article XI, Section 5)
