Front: 20 feet; Rear: 10 feet; Side: For lots zoned RE-20, minimum 10 feet on each side; for lots zoned R-1-12, minimum 8 feet on one side and 10 feet on the other side (measurements from foundation, porch, or extension; eaves and steps not (Article II, Section 1(c))

Use restrictions

All Home sites shall be used only for single family residential purposes, not to exceed two stories in height (Article I, Section 1)
